• You will also get an email confirmation when the account is frozen.
• If there are any issues, we will contact you separately as well. Thank you.

Freeze Policy/Terms and Conditions

• STUDENTS: Freezing is allowed for 3 months at a time during school semesters at no cost. Each new freeze period must be requested separately.
• MEDICAL: Freezing is allowed at no cost. Must have doctors note for prescribed time period asking for freezing. I.E. will be out for 6 months so 6 month freeze is required. Each new freeze period must be requested separately.
• ALL OTHERS (personal, vacation, etc): Allowed to freeze up to 4 months at no cost. Only a total of 4 months in a calendar year are allowed. Each new freeze period must be requested separately.
• ANNUAL FEE CANNOT BE FROZEN
• There is 7-day notice prior to the bill date for freezing. In addition, we only can freeze bill date to bill date. Therefore, if you need freeze for May and June and your bill date is May 7th, you would need to let us know by April 30th. Otherwise, we would only be able to freeze June. Each new freeze period must be requested separately.
